I don't know the latest news about Will Scarlett, but he used to live near me. He had Filisko harps back in the day, but expressed to me one time that he preferred to use overblows sparingly. I'm guessing he had a different opinion when he was recording them and, for all I know, formed a different opinion since. Richard
