[Harp-L] Dilemma

Here are the legal ramifications. The shipper is where the buck stops. And it doesn?t matter whether you insured the item or not. In the case of the U.S. postal service?
They GUARANTEE the delivery of mail. No matter what. If they mess up. they have to make it good.
