Oh, one solution just came to me: The Antaki Turboslide has a hole 1 blow
bend and hole 1 overblow. Easy bend to B on hole 1, and overblow on hole 1
preserved. Blow bend to Eb on hole 2 made easier as well.

Nice tune from what I heard.
