Re: [Harp-L] Cham-Ber Huang Legacy preserving it.

Cham-Ber was a great teacher and designer of new harmonicas, but to preserve his legacy, I'd most like to see some of his Insignia Records reissued. I especially like his 2 LPs with Mogens Ellegaard, "Two Virtuosi" and "A Breath-Taking Performance." Tunes include those of Bach, Telemann, Bartok, and Handel. Does anyone know who owns the rights to Insignia Record recordings? Is it Hohner?

I loved the 1248 and also the Star Performer. He was a fun hang with a great sense of humor. He asked if I would come work with him at NAMM in Chicago in the Summer of 1983 - Of course I would!! That show was very impressive to this young man.
