That's exactly right, so surely we all have the responsibility to not aggravate that risk by doing such things as drinking, speeding, talking on the phone and indulging in other distractions - such as playing the harmonica whilst driving. Hey, I'm in a cheerful mood today, I've said in forthright fashion what I think and I'm saying no more (and I'm no saint myself either).
