[Harp-L] Blues guitarist in Cebu City?

I'm a blues harmonica player and a blues & Gospel  singer... OK...  I'm 
mostly a harmonicist and play all kinds of music, on chromatic and diatonic  
harmonica.
But blues is what I (probably) play the best...
I live in Cebu City, Republic of the Philippines.
I have been searching for blues musicians here for a YEAR!
This is a plea... I'm a harp player... IS there any "BLUES" in Cebu  City?
