Jim Rumbaugh takes 5th place in the Ohio State Harmonica Championship. At the awards presentation, Jim said,"5th place is better than no place" Un-named sources confirmed that Jim has been noplace before. Photographers and the press took many pictures of Mr. Rumbaugh, and he answered all their questions following the photo op. One unknow female was seen asking Jim to go somewhere.
