Heard Franco Luciano playing Astor Piazzolla in concert on CBC radio
yesterday. Tango and harmonica is a wonderful marriage, and Luciano is one
of the best players on the planet. All of it live--no recording tricks.
Every time I thought, 'that's it, there's nothing more you can do with a
harmonica', he'd take it to the next level.
linda Lee Thomas was on piano--superb, and Miles Hill on the bass.
