Ever hear Cotton live? Search the archives, see how many people have  
said "sounded like he was playing through an amp!"

When in fact he was playing through the PA.

You don't get more Chicago than Cotton.

If you're a tounge-blocker, you can introduce, through that technique,  
still more of the Chicago sound.
