 After a Treat Her Right show in Memphis years ago some old guy came up to me and told me I was a "mean motor-scooter". I don't know what that means exactly, but I like it.
  Last month in the North of Ireland this somewhat tipsy fellow came up after our set and said something like: "We had a harmonica player up here last week and I thought he was pretty good. But after tonight I tell ya, HE WAS SHITE!!" Now that's poetry.
  Which reminds me of sort of best/worst comment ever. We were playing a severely under-attended gig in Waltham Mass. some years ago when the woman doing sound handed me a note in the middle of our set. The note said: "Your amp tone is wicked tinny. You need to fix it". I love that one.
