[Harp-L] How to i change 2nd position riffs into fourth position

I recently read an article on harp-l (it was an old one)

and it said i could change an A harp cross harp riff into a fourth position riff using a G harp!

Because A harp = E key in cross harp

            G harp = E key in fourth position

 

Please help because i really don't understand!!!
