The jumper is only present in the later 545 versions with an XLR output. Sounds like this one has the original 4-pin output connector, in which case the impedance is simply selected by which pins you connect to. There's a very good description on G's Harp On site:

The simplest way to get a jack connection is to chop the lead with the amphenol connector down to about 6 inches long and solder an in-line jack socket to the (now bare) end. I believe I've seen commercially-made versions being offered... can't trace any right now.

You loosen the set screw on the 3 pin connector and pull it out of the end of the mic. There is a jumper in there you need to move. Then just slide it back together and tighten the set screw. Instructions are in the user guide here:
