A friend of mine (much better friend now though!) just gave me a shure 545s to use. I've always heard good things about that mic the only problem is he says it is wired for low z, but can be adjusted for high z. Is this an easy thing to do? Also it has a four pin amphenol connector attached to it. How can I achieve a high z mic with a 1/4" jack on it? Thanks in advance for any advice!
