Martin is right.  I don't know the tune and Martin's memory is perfect. 
 On the line "But I miss you most of all...", I played "But" and "I" as 
the same note.  I found the version Martin posted about, and the "But" 
is a half step below the "I" and thus requires the 4OB.  Mea culpa, and 
sorry for any confusion.  You can always play the song the way I used 
to play it ("But" and "I" both played as 5 blow), but to play the song 
correctly requires the OB.
