[Harp-L] Review : Chris Michalek's Monk Alters Chi

I have just posted a review of Chris Michalek and Michael Strone's Monk Alters Chi over on my blog at http://harmonica.typepad.com. Here's the first paragraph : 

"Chris Michalek is known in harmonica circles as a vocal defender of the versatility of the diatonic harmonica, and the release of his first album with bassist Christopher Strone was an opportunity for me to assess how well he demonstrated his theories in practice. Monk Alters Chi is a fully instrumental effort, and although it's released under the name of Michalek and Strone is actually features a full band with drums, guitar and piano on most tracks."
