Italian Fabrizio Poggi joins me on episode 137.
Fabrizio is from just south of Milan and shares his early days trying to learn the blues harmonica in the pre-internet era.This journey took him to the US where he made friends wherever he went, leading him to a great career playing the harmonica.Fabrizio recorded with Charlie Musselwhite and the Blind Boys of Alabama, has released numerous albums with his band Chicken Mambo, and partnered with Guy Davis, with whom he was nominated for a Grammy for their 2018 album: Sonny and Brownie's Last Train.
