Choosing the right harmonica microphone is a personal decision. While there
are a few manufacturers of harmonicas, there are many more customizers who
sell customized creations, such as Greg Heumann at BlowsMeAway.com. Greg
specializes in brand-new mics, but also builds new mics with vintage
components. Just to let you know, buying a harmonica mic is a personal
endeavor where the harmonica player either knows a builder's reputation or
attends a harmonica festival where harmonica mics are on display to be
tried and to find your friend's electrified sound. Harmonica mics are not
created equally.
