In the latest episode I’m joined by Victor Puertas, one of Spain’s finest blues harmonica players. Growing up just outside Barcelona, Victor discovered the blues in his teens and later traveled to Austin to meet his idol, Gary Primich.
Back home, he formed The Suitcase Brothers with his brother Santos, and for nearly three decades they’ve been bringing acoustic country blues to audiences around the world — even earning recognition from the Piedmont Blues Preservation Society with their latest album.
