Learn all 12 of your major scales.

For the first 3 bars play a Bb major scale.

For the 4th bar play a G major scale

For the 5th and 6th bar play an F major scale

For the 7th thru 10th bar play an Eb major scale

For the 11th thru 14 bar play a Db (aka C# ) major scale

For the 15th through 18th bars play a B major scale

For the 19th and 20th bars play a Bb major scale

For the 21st bar play a C major scale

For the 22nd bar play a Gb (F#) major scale.

For the 23rd and 24th bar play a Bb major scale

Repeat the 1st through 20th bars.

Skip the the second ending.

For the next four bars aka the 45th thru 48th bars play the C major scale

For the 49th thru 53nd bars play the Bb major scale

For the 54th bar play the F major scale

For the 55th and 56th bar play the Bb major scale.

Of course there are MANY other approaches to handling this tune. Although
there are a lot of changes, if you know your major scales this is probably
the easiest approach I can think of.
