That and the point was also made that the list is too general without separate categories?

To the first item. Harmonica players don’t get a whole lot of respect to begin with. And, sadly there are even harmonica players who don’t respect other harmonica players.
Of course we can also add people who have a fixation/penchant/proclivity (I call them all Kleptos lol), of emitting negative waves.

I happen to know people who can expound about theory (and that’s what it IS folks), structure, chords, triads, biads, sevenths, diminished minors, and on and on BUT they
can’t play. I mean they can play AT harp, but they can’t grab you. They have no ‘hook’, they’re boring.

Ok, second point, categories. I see it differently..maybe?. We are already struggling with barely enough meat to keep the list going as it is. Sometimes things on the L are slow.

On any list with a couple years and lots of mileage under their belt you will have newer people ask questions. This is to be expected and said newer members shouldn’t be scorned.
And as far as I have seen, they aren’t. So we should keep it all diplomatic. :)

Again, just because someone talks a good show doesn’t mean they can deliver.
