Buddy refers to it, but does not explain, describe, or teach it.
Brendan is a jaw-slider, too. But I don't know a video where he advocates
it.
Greatness occurs, but the player may not know why they are so.
The greatness may occur in spite of the jaw sliding.
Jaw sliding may have nothing to do with producing speed, but merely
occurring at the same time.
You still have to put air in front of the reed.
Buddy's explanation of learning speed is right on.
Small chunks slowly, combine the chunks, gradually push the speed while
keeping the accuracy.
