When you say F scale add a C#, I think you mean F scale using the notes
from C# major otherwise known as Db major.

Here is a Db major scale:

Db Eb F Gb Ab Bb C Db

Now start and end on F

F Gb Ab Bb C Db Eb F.

If you own a standard chromatic hold the button in and resolve on 2 blow
with the button, 6 blow with the button and 10 blow with the button.  Very
simple!  If you own a Db circular tuned diatonic (I know you like
circular)  find the F notes and resolve there.  The F notes will be in the
same location as the E notes on a C circular tuned diatonic.
