Fellow harmonica enthusiasts,
Two decades after it was first conceived and after three years of
serious development, The Electric Harmonica Co. will be launching the
Harmonicaster at the Summer NAMM show this week in Nashville. The
Harmonicaster is the first practical electric harmonica, based on
inductive pickups and steel reeds, not microphones. The IndieGoGo page
making the first 50 units available will be up and running in a few
days. I'm hoping to have vendor space at the SPAH convention next month
as well, where Prof. John Shirley will be putting on a seminar on the
latest harmonica technology, including the Harmonicaster.
Serial # 001 will be auctioned off, with proceeds going to support
Charity Music and the Music Link Foundation, two charities that connect
children in need with playing music they love.
Keep checking at Harmonicaster.com for updates.
Thanks,
Ronnie Schreiber
The Electric Harmonica Co.
