[Harp-L] fine tuning steel reeds

I love my Chromatix SCX-56 in so many ways!
But I'm disappointed to find it tuned very sharp (up to 15 cents!) in the
low end, just about right in the middle, and a little flat on the high end.

I am an experienced tuner on brass reeds. But what's best for stainless
steel? Will I need a rotary grinder bit?
