Trade Agreements are between countries. While U.S. Customs does 
sometimes get involved in policing counterfeit goods, and if the 
products in question are covered by regulations as in the case of 
automobiles, the Feds might get involved in grey market stuff, for the 
most part if Suzuki doesn't like how some of their products are 
distributed, that's on them.

The Feds aren't going to protect your business interests unless actual 
laws are broken.
