Has anybody tried replacing the rubber bumpers of their chromatic slider system with metal tubing of the same dimensions? Yes, I know that they are there for a bit of a cushioning. I am wondering if there is a noticeable difference in slider friction when metal tubing is used instead. Daniel Sent from my iPhone
