Re: [Harp-L] Slap back

have found that most don't have the concept for this in their heads, rather hoping some pedal will "give them" what they need.

important to understand the concept, how much time tween tone and echo, and volume on echo, how many repeats, etc.

The best advice I can give you is to go to the nearest musical instruments store
with your harp, mic, amp, and $125 in hand, and try every delay pedal in the
store until you hear the sound you want.

Sound is very subjective. It's a lot harder now to find a really bad-sounding
delay pedal than it is to find a good one, but what you want is something that
sounds like a particular record or two. So try them all, and go home with the
one you like.
