The best advice I can give you is to go to the nearest musical instruments store with your harp, mic, amp, and $125 in hand, and try every delay pedal in the store until you hear the sound you want.
Sound is very subjective. It's a lot harder now to find a really bad-sounding delay pedal than it is to find a good one, but what you want is something that sounds like a particular record or two. So try them all, and go home with the one you like.
