David Naiditch, the preeminent Bluegrass Chromatic Harmonica Player of Altedena and the more adventuresome tri-county areas of several states, has a track on his site where he talked a guitar player into $itting in a $tudio, playing The Blues in all keys, with transitions added, and then played his Jazzy Blues version on top of the track. He has both tracks available on his site for what looks like a free download.

He asked if I'd try it out, and, before I realized that C, F, Bb and D were not the only keys involved, I said I'd give it a shot.
The result is on my site and shows a certain consistency of non-key based mediocrity, and was a great learning experience, if you're careful about how you define "great".....
Please Note that, while no harmonica player was injured in David's version, my post recording medical test results aren't in yet, but I do feel somewhat violated, and I do live in California, so I'll be contacting David's lawyers soon.
It's linked to from the "Listening" page of my site.

Of the instruments that I own, only the harmonica comes in so many keys, costs so little, and has room for magnets.
