[Harp-L] Breaking in a new harp

I tell my customers, especially ones that have never owned a custom harp, to get used to the harp by blowing every note as softly as possible, bending the notes, and overblowing is possilbe, and then gradualy increasing the air pressure until you get used to the capabilities of the harps and the volume that the reeds respond to. Its not so much breaking in the harp, but but learning its capabilities.

I think that just taking a new harp, stock or custom and blowing the crap out of is doing yourself an injustice, and well as the harp.
