While I understand why consumers purchase from Amazon - I'm certainly one
of them - harp players may consider that there are several online harp
dealers who are available to provide personal service.  Although a consumer
may save a little money purchasing a harp from one of the big online
dealers, the transactional cost can very well be higher if you don't get
what you really wanted.

This is just a plug for the guys out there who take a personal interest in
their customers and insuring they get into the right harp.
