[Harp-L] Randy Singer "Harmonica Dreams"

I learned a little while ago that Randy Singer has re-issued his CD "Harmonica Dreams" with a few new cuts, and I dropped by iTunes to check it out. Great stuff. Randy billed this CD on its initial release as the first smooth jazz harmonica CD, and that description nails the style. The music is up in terms of mood, beautifully recorded and played. I hear a lot of Lee Oskar in the way Randy lays out the melodies--lots of joy in those lines, with a clear, sweet harmonica tone.

Overall, well worth the trip. I saw this CD on both iTunes and CDBaby. My guess is that CDBaby gives Randy a bigger chunk of the revenue--they do for me, anyway--so that's where I'm buyin'. Take your pick.
