Of course the main riff can be played on any key, even on any diatonic
with bends/overblows/draws, but two things are important to get as close
as you can, namely the legato thing, which implies that it's completely
drawn or blown, and the wailing on the fifth thing, which implies that you
start with the slide in.

admire him on Youtube) but I got his Amp! LOL.
