Jon Gindick's Jam Camps for harmonica players provide a lot of guidance and inspiration in a concentrated dose. They're not free, but they're well worth the money.
Full disclaimer: I was an instructor at one of Jon's camps in Dedham, MA a few years ago. I was pretty impressed by what I saw there. A lot of people walked out playing a lot better than when they walked in, and enjoying it more too.
