Thanks Elizabeth! I really appreciate it coming from a true Scot as
yourself! Playing solo pieces is always a challenge to keep things
interesting without the colors and structure of accompaniment.... I'll
defer to your expertise on the lyrics--mine were indeed the anglicized
version which trade authenticity for understandability. And Dougie
MacLean's version was very beautiful. Thanks for sharing it.
