The harmonica - you have a 100 pound plus person attached to a few ounces of harmonica. You shape the sound and bend etc with your vocal tract, which is the world's most flexible timbre apparatus. I'm with Vern, how exactly are the fine details of the harmonica (other than gapping etc) going to make much difference to tone?
