FWIW, I am interested in the facts behind the pricing being shared and do
not mean to imply there is anything unfair or unreasonable going on.  I
know for certain that US retailer's and even the US branches of the
corporations don't get a lot of say in the pricing of things.  There are
mark-ups for all sorts of reasons.

The bottom line is, before people freak out, we really should establish all
the facts and details.  Obviously, as consumers, we want the cheapest
merchandise we can get, lol.
