Do ultrasonic cleaners really work? My mom's employer, a jeweler and watchmaker, used one back in the day to clean parts, but he used a potassium cyanide solution. I don't think I could rinse it enough to confidently put the harp back in my mouth after that. So, what has your experience been with these machines?
