I like Winslow Yerxa, Harmonica for Dummies. Clearest, most comprehensive
map to harmonica I've seen. Supplement it with your own experience, and
you've got a great program to teach.

In a group the biggest need is bite sized chunks. Separate the skills that
build on each other.
