Agreed.
If you really want higher powers, then the obvious way to go is a power pack or 12v-->mains inverter (running off a car battery or cigarette lighter socket), to run a high efficiency solid state amp - then there is a choice of dozens of model that would work off this.

I have yet to see a battery powered amp that cranks out that much wattage. If you want something good for harp and portable that's THAT strong, you'd prolly be better off getting a rechargeable Duracell power supply and getting a solid state modelling amp. Tubes will drain it faster and the voltage inconsistency could cause problems for you.
