Try the Korg Pandora PXD4 for under $150. Leslie (rotary) can be set for
hands-free speed changes based on signal level. Loud is fast; soft is slow.
Plus every other effect is in there too.

I get "wow's" from people looking for the B3 in the room!  One tiny box, AC
or Battery. Stereo outs when you want it.
