[Harp-L] Chorus on a Sue Foley record

On the off chance that somebody with gear knowledge has got Sue Foleys "Big city blues" CD, from several years back, 1995 I think it was: On the song "My baby´s sweeter" (that was called "Your baby ain´t sweet like mine" when LW did it?) the harp has some kind of chorus, giving it a reasonably credible organ, or digestible accordion, sound. What could this be?
 
Any chorus expert on the list? If so and you´re up to it I could probably mail you the tune. My thinking is this: "a good effect pedal from 1995 should be dirt cheap by 2012!" -- but that could be wrong by miles. 
  I´m interested in getting something organ sounding, and I´m sure there´s lovely gadgets out there but sadly I can´t put up any serious money -- in fact, can hardly put up any money at all. And maybe the stuff from the 90´s has now antiquarian value?
