Maybe this could be used to help accomplish what you describe? I don't
have a clear picture of how you want to route the signals. With this pedal
and three PA channels (or a small multichannel mixer to a PA or amp) you
could set different eq and levels on each channel, switching to the sound
you want with the pedal. This pedal seems to do some of what you are
wanting, though it is not a single effects pedal.
