Hi, Garry
I too hate belt backs! Sometimes I play acoustic. Sometimes I only sing. Sometimes I play sax. I want to be able to put the mic down! That's why I sell the Samson systems - no belt pack required. FYI - the Samson Airline Synth system I carry is "frequency-agile" and can operate on over 300 different frequencies. However you're also right that encountering another wireless system on your frequency is a rare occurrence.
Cheers
/Greg
