[Harp-L] Behringer DD400 Guitar Delay Effect Pedal

Good morning:

I am looking for some advise about the Behringer DD400 effects pedal. I am a fairly new harp player, and donât know much about electronic effects, but the subject interests me from a hobbyist point of view.

At under $30 from Amazon, this pedal looks like it might be an affordable unit with which to start. Is it a decent piece of equipment or will I be wasting my money? I would be playing it through a Epiphone Valve Jr. amp.
