[Harp-L] Volume Control Modification

I have a couple of mics that I want to modify by adding Volume Controls....
Sonotone CM-10 Ceramic, Shure 575S Dynamic, and Shure 275S Ceramic.

#1... What rating of volume control should I use?
#2... Is this an audio taper or a linear taper?
#3... What suppliers handle volume controls small enough to fit into these
mics?
