Perhaps replace the word "youngsters" with the word "new members".


I feel everyone will then be in agreement and the concept can develop from this point....


There is a maxim "If you do the same old thing the same old way, you will get the same old results". Perhaps SPAH nominees should consider this and direct their attention to breaking this pattern (if they haven't already).
