David, I'd take all harps - and mics - out of the house!  No scientific analysis, but, you can thoroughly wash glasses and cutlery, but not harps and mics (well, harps, yes, but still) ...

have dealt with the fumigation vis-a-vis harmonicas.   Did you remove all
your harmonicas from the home prior to tenting?
