Gary,
I don't expect customers to make them perfect. I will still dismantle  
a chrome and clean it if it looked showroom new.
It the matter of the customer having the courtesy to keep them looking  
somewhat sanitary.
I always make sure I brush my teeth before visiting the dentist and  
take a shower before a doctor visit.  It's just respect for the person  
who is there to help me.

I wonder if I can start charging more to repair dirty instruments? Or  
if that is considered covered under the standard Suzuki warranty . . .
This is an interesting thread (we DO run out of stuff to talk about)  
and I for one am glad I stuck my foot in my mouth (again) . . .
