I own most harmonica teaching books there is and consider myself an intermediate level player. For me the book that was most useful is "Building Harmonica Technique"
by David Barrett. I am not sure if it is a good beginners resource though; I see it more geared towards the intermediate player. Maybe John Gindick's book would be more
appropriate for a beginner.
